What services do you offer?

We provide a full range of services to cater for every jobseeker’s needs and circumstance. Whether it’s simply producing a document from all your content or starting from scratch to develop a powerful document that showcases all your special qualities. Specifically these include:

How does it work?

We are flexible. We can see you at a time and place of your choosing – such as a coffee shop or in your home or any mutually convenient location. We are mobile and have all we need in our briefcase. Depending on your circumstance it might be possible to complete your work in one session but if not, in two sessions at the most… but we obviously can’t tell until we meet and see exactly what you need.

How long does it take?

It varies, but we will do our utmost to work to your schedule. Sometimes this can be done in one session but generally no longer than a twenty four hour time frame.

What are the payment options?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Bankcard and Cash.

How will I receive my Résumé?

We produce all our work in MS Word and unless you require something different we generally use simple formatting as this allows most clients, regardless of their computer proficiency level, to make simple changes without any problems. We will also supply you with a PDF copy. If we meet face-to-face we’ll give you a USB stick with your documents on it – if not we will email them to you.

What is the difference between a Résumé and a CV?

Generally no difference other than terminology. The term ‘résumé’ is more commonly used in Australia and the USA and ‘CV’ in most other countries including New Zealand.

The term ‘CV’ is also more favoured by people in certain professions such as in academia and medical fields.
